With over 24 years in digital technology, she has empowered 300+ cities through e-commerce and web innovation. A pioneer from North Karnataka, Gotadke continues to champion women’s entrepreneurship and digital inclusion in India. Her journey from local innovator to global awardee stands as an inspiration for women in STEM and business leadership.

What truly matters is doing good work consistently and having the passion to grow.

I’ve always believed that hard work and determination can take you anywhere, no matter where you come from.

My entrepreneurial journey began back in 1999. At that time, I was a mother to a two-year-old and chose to pursue entrepreneurship over a prestigious position as a lecturer at one of the top engineering colleges.

This journey has proven that when you stay consistent and give your best, new opportunities come your way — often when you least expect them — and your efforts get recognized in wonderful and unexpected ways.

I’m truly honored to be featured in the book “CODE OF HER OWN – Women From Karnataka Shaping Tech Futures”,

an inspiring initiative by the Government of Karnataka and the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM), in association with HerKey.

Coming from Hubli, a tier-2 city in Karnataka, this recognition feels especially special. It’s a reminder that with dedication and belief in your vision, you can go farther than you ever imagined.
